By visiting or booking our venue you are agreeing to our terms and conditions
ENTRY
House rules apply to all bookings. Management reserve the right to refuse entry without refund. A booking does not guarantee entry to the venue, if the door staff believe an individual to be heavily under the influence or acting in an unacceptable manner before entering the premises, they will be refused entry.
After 9pm due to licensing, guests must be 18 years or older, proof of age ID must be provided if asked for by a member of staff. If you are unable to provide valid ID, then you will be refused and given no refund of any items purchased. If somebody refuses to take up their booking on the night due to a member of their party being refused entry, then they will not receive any kind of refund. Once inside the venue please adhere to the rules, failure to comply will result in the ejection or the individual or the entire group with no refund.
TERRACE BOOKINGS/PRIVATE HIRES
Please be advised that the terrace with the retractable roof will close at 9 PM. If you are hosting any live entertainment or DJs, the roof must remain closed due to our close proximity to local residents. We are required to adhere to strict sound measures as part of our license to operate safely and comply with conditions set forth by the council.
To ensure a smooth experience, all third-party entertainment must be approved in advance by your Sales Manager. We recommend considering our own preferred third-party options, as they are familiar with our setup and can help us maintain compliance with sound regulations.
Please be advised that the venue reserves the right to cancel any entertainment that has not been officially agreed upon or confirmed. We appreciate your understanding and will make every effort to ensure you have an enjoyable event with us!
Reserved drinks and buffet areas are booked as a base for the evening; we do not guarantee seating for all guests.
Menu and package content is correct at the time of going to print and may be subject to change. Pre orders are required to be finalised a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the date of the event (unless a booking is made for event date(s) falling within this time period in which case the menus shall be finalised at the time set out in the function booking request.
We appreciate your effort in decorating the space while respecting our rules. Please refrain from using confetti unless you have received prior approval, and avoid sticking anything to the walls. Your cooperation is valued in maintaining a professional atmosphere.
CUSTOMER SAFETY
Whilst you are in our venue it is our duty to ensure you are safe, all staff are trained to monitor the dangers of excessive alcohol consumption. We always want you to enjoy your time with us at our venues, please drink responsibly and visit https://www.drinkaware.co.uk/ for some great information. It is very important that you have something to eat whilst you are drinking and tap water is always available for free in our venues.
FOOD SERVICE
All our food is served as and when it is made. Our standards are high and our food is served fresh. Everything is served as soon as it’s ready to ensure the best possible taste for our guests. We don’t serve food as traditional starters and mains.
Due to the large number of requests, unfortunately we cannot guarantee specific table or areas when taking reservations, but we will do our best to accommodate your requests. Your understanding is appreciated.
Pre-orders will be required for larger group sizes however the order will not be ready on arrival on the time stated on the booking. During busier periods there may be a delay.
ALLERGIES
Due to the size of our kitchens, we cannot guarantee food items to be allergen free. If you have any allergies, it is your responsibility to let us know prior to our booking.
Whilst we offer a variety of gluten free items on both our food and beverage menu, we are not an allergen-free restaurant. Even though we have processes in place to minimise the risk, due to the size of our kitchens we cannot ensure that cross contamination will never occur therefore, we cannot guarantee our food is allergen free unfortunately.
DAMAGES
Any damage caused by your party is the party’s responsibility. The party must pay for any damage caused by their booking.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION & DEPOSITS
For provisional bookings/booking enquiries we work on a first come first serve basis and cannot guarantee availability until the deposit amount has been paid.
Room hire fees & deposits are non-refundable.
Firepit Bars do not store your personal information or card details, it is therefore your responsibility to contact us and ensure that payment is made on time. All payments include VAT.
SECURITY
To ensure all guests feel safe we have CCTV in operation throughout our venues and operate a random search policy. Whilst on the premises you are responsible for your own belongings, Firepit Bars does not take responsibility for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged.
CANCELLATION
If the entire group cancels you will not receive a refund. If for any reason you need to reschedule the date of your booking, we will require 7 days’ notice to do so.
Where a refund is due, please be advised that refunds will be processed on the last working day of the month via BACS.
